The Van VLIET Flower group was among the first companies to recognise the importance of investing into e-commerce. For years we have been working on the “Direct from Grower” project which we have successfully implemented. The Direct from Grower service is offering modern trading by allowing customers to now buy directly from the grower, in our Webshop.

Floraholland, one the largest non-profit organizations in the Netherlands, awarded the Van VLIET Flower Group with a certificate of achievement for being the first flower exporter to introduce this new concept into everyday trade.

What is it?
 

It is a tailor-made shopping service intended to offer exclusive quality and strengthen the relationship between growers and customers.

 

How does it work?
 

The option “Direct from Grower” is available in our Webshop every day from 10.00 am to 5.00 am (Dutch time) next morning. Since we work closely and efficiently with our growers, we have reached an agreement to ensure that the flowers/plants ordered are cut on the same day which means that our clients get the freshest possible flowers.
